    The Committee on Government Organization moves to amend the bill on page three, section two, beginning on line 15, by striking out subdivisions (A) and (B) in their entireties and inserting in lieu thereof new subdivisions (A) and (B) to read as follows:

    “(A) An employee of the recipient who performs a job that was previously performed by another employee, if that job existed for at least six (6) months before hiring the employee; or

    (B) A child, grandchild, parent, or spouse other than a spouse who is legally separated from the individual, of any individual who is an employee of the recipient and who has a direct or an indirect ownership interest of at least five percent (5%) in the profits, capital, or value of the recipient.”

    On page four, section two, line 17, after the word “specific” by striking out the words “facility or site, the continuance of which is threatened” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “project site that was threatened to be lost”;

    On page six, section four, line 17, after the words “office telephone number, and” by inserting the words “the name of the”;

    On page seven, section four, line 2, after the words “address of the” by inserting the word “specific”; and

    On page seven, section four, line 15, after the words “employees at the” by inserting the word “specific”;

    On page nine, section four, line 16, after the words “corporate taxpayer” by striking out the words “which claimed any development assistance grant” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “that claimed any tax credit”.
